Stir fry pak choy with shiitake mushrooms in oyster sauce
Compliments every Chinese meal!
Ingredients
Pak choy, quartered length-wise
Fresh shiitake mushroom sliced
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Mirin
Garlic finely minced
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Oil
Preparation
Heat up the wok in high heat, stir in oil and garlic.
Add pak choy, salt and then mirin. Stir for a minute or so then add mushrooms and 2 tbsp of water.
Reduce head to medium. Add sesame oil and oyster sauce and stir for another 2 minutes.
The stems of the pak choy should still be crunchy in texture.
Arrange on plate and serve!
